Subject	electrical gremlin turn signal

Message	So my Z has always had problems with the turn signals. When I mark Right, the brake lights dimly turn on while it flashes on the right [also the AC digital number also flashes to the clicks] and when I turn on my headlights Forget it. I started checking my grounds and stumbled on the grounds by the kick panels fuse box the black wire and the black and white wire. I noticed those wires got cut off at some point since they return back from the firewall. My question is..where do those grounds go to? any input is appreciated
